When will my card be charged?
You pick the date! Whatever date you make your first gift, your card will automatically be charged that day each month. If you ever want to change the date your gift is automated for, email us and we can fix it straight away!
Will I receive a receipt in the mail each time my card is charged?
Nope. You'll hear from us right away via email confirming your gift and thanking you for your amazing generosity. To save you from tracking lots of separate receipts, we'll save these monthly notes and send you a consolidated receipt at the end of each calendar year.
What if I change my mind and need to skip a month or cancel?
We understand! Two easy ways to manage this:
1. Your monthly emailed receipt has a link to manage your donations.
2. Reach out to us at development@hopeatlanta.org and we can skip, pause, or cancel. We're here to help!
